Alboran Algeciras Hotel

The hotel was wonderful with welcoming staff and a magnificent location in a very rundown area. My room included a mini bar and a balcony.

I was pleased with the wheelchair accessible room that had a bath and a comfortable bed during my stay.

Easy to find, hotel is located just on highway. Easy to pack and for free, there is packing for free before the hotel with sufficient qty of space, at least we found place for our car without troubles. Good restaurant with Menu del dia - tasty food for reasonable price. Internet was ok in the room.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Free parking was convenient. Cozy and well-decorated hotel. Comfortable beds. Good value for breakfast. Clean and well-equipped gym. Convenient location for catching a ferry. Easy to access from the main road.

Nothing could have been better.

Wonderful and very helpful English speaking staff!! They went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable. Very nice place, enjoyed our stay very much. Wonderful patio to relax, read a book or have a glass of wine. Great place for a group of three to stay in one room with three nice beds for each guest. Marcado accross the street open until 10 PM. Parking was easy and safe. Good location to get to many different places.

The staff was extremely helpful... When my family of five arrived, we were initially disappointed in the room size. However, after one night, the staff took it upon themselves to upgrade us to a suite at no additional cost. Very courteous with organizing our local tours as well. We'd stay again!

The room was spacious and had a great shower, along with nice amenities like a hairdryer and a bidet, with helpful staff at the front desk and around the venue.

Restaurant and breakfast to be improved

Very good option for ferry transit in Algeciras, with a very good restaurant, and only 5 minutes from Port.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave me great advice on local transportation and even fixed a faulty safe in my room. The hotel's location was fantastic, right next to a bus stop with frequent and affordable buses. It made exploring the area so convenient.

The staff were outstanding in their care and helpfulness. They were friendly at all times. The food was good and service made it even better, particularly during the evening meal.I Was taken ill during our visit and the staff were most helpful, going out of their way to show concern and help in practical ways. Itol, the waiter, even accompanied us to the local hospital and acted as our translater!

From the reviews, I was expecting it to be in an industrial part of Algeciras, and that was correct. The hotel is a small oasis alongside a very busy dual carriageway but once inside the hotel you quickly become absorbed in the spanish decor and ethos.

Everything is fairly clean and excellent. The room is brilliant, attractive comes with balcony, separate beds plus a bath. Boasts FANTASTIC location and well-mannered staff from receptionist to waiters. A good restaurant for dinner is available.

algeciras exceeded expectations with friendly staff, clean rooms, and great food options. alboran was a lovely surprise after a previous stay in the area. the pool area was spacious and relaxing, perfect for enjoying snacks and drinks.

Hotel arhitecture is specific andaluz. Very nice hotel. Very nice patio. The rooms are big and also they have rooms for smokers. Easy acces from autoband, if you want to visit Gibraltar.
